Cobbler is traditionally a summer dessert, but, that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it in the fall. We’ve got some fabulous friends who loaded our freezer up with sliced peaches while they were in season. We thought this recipe was a great way to put those peaches, some dried cranberries and healthy shot of bourbon to good use.
WARNING: You will want to use more whipped cream than necessary. We promise not to judge. ENJOY!
*NOTE: Feel free to use frozen peaches if fresh aren’t available. Pears might also be an excellent alternative in the fall.
