This time of year, fresh, sweet sweet peaches are as far as the eye can see. But, have you ever seen or tasted a donut peach? With it’s mild flavor, it begs to be roasted. The donut peach is also not quite as sweet as your average peach, so I decided to sweeten them up and add a bit of texture all at the same time.
