In an effort to reduce the amount of processed flour and sugars in my daily diet, I created a muffin which is gluten free, dairy free, AND free of refined sugars! (The one thing it’s not missing is flavor!) It takes no time to whip up these moist, nutrient-rich muffins, and they’re easy to customize too. The foundation of the muffin is ground almonds, gluten free oats, bananas, and honey, and after that you can add any of your favorite dried fruits and nuts. Served with a dollop of peanut butter or a drizzle of honey, these muffins will satisfy without you having to sacrifice a thing!
