The 3-Minute Buttermilk Substitution
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (or vinegar)
- Combine the milk and lemon juice (or vinegar) in a bowl and let sit for 3 minutes.
- Once the time is up, you can use it the way you would regular buttermilk!
